To set the time, day, and date, follow these steps: 1. Pull out the crown to position 1. 2. Turn the crown clockwise until you reach the correct day of the week. 3. Turn the crown counterclockwise until you reach the correct date of the month. 4. Pull out the crown to position 2. 5. Turn the crown until you reach the correct time. 6. Push the crown back into position 0.

To set the language for the date and day display, follow these steps: 1. Pull out the crown to position 2. 2. Turn the hour hand clockwise until past 6 o'clock. 3. Push the crown back into position 1. 4. Turn the weekday to the correct day that appears with the language you prefer. 5. Pull out the crown to position 2. 6.
